Weekly Update

December 1, 2015

Heads Up !

Its our now Annual night of fun at Jubilee Park outdoor swimming pool, Woodhall Spa – this Saturday 9th July 7-9pm (weather booked).

Open to all Club members, family & close friends! (parents/guardians must remain & support please) the café will be open. We have agreed to finance the night from club funds (what other club would do this !)

Matthew Clarke hopefully will provide the music

Urgent appeal

Much as we like to think we are doing a great job running this swimming club sometimes we get it wrong and it comes back to bite you in the ###

18 months ago Matthew Clarke gave us notice he would we handing over the electronic side of organising events !

Well its now and guess what – no one has come forward to fill his boots

This will have massive financial and competition implications

We cannot run our Open Meet (down £6.000 +) could result in membership fees having to increase, and reviewing all the freebies: jubilee park extra training, fun night, water polo, equipment etc etc

AND this year’s CLUB CHAMPS is in danger of just not happening

Yes it’s that serious

So we need to put together a team – IT knowledge and data input is an advantage but wanting to be part of the backroom essential team is vital

Please respond to me direct ASAP

Bob

Chairman
