Regional Qualifiers: Another fantastic weekend of swimming in Braunstone at the Leicester Age Group meet saw a raft of new regional qualifying times achieved, and special mention must go to Amy Gilpin who smashed her previous best by over 4 seconds in the 100 Breaststroke to qualify at the age of 10 in the combined 10/11 years age group. We look forward to seeing more qualification swims before the window closes for this year’s championships.

Minster Meet: Despite taking a break from training over the 4 days of Easter, we have lots of swimmers in action at Beverley Leisure Centre on Sunday, all looking to set new PB times in the sprint events. Spectator tickets have now been delivered and will be available for collection in the pool foyer at 7pm on Tuesday and 6pm on Thursday. Morning swimmers must be on poolside by 8:15am on Sunday, and afternoon swimmers by 12:45pm

Vulcans L3: The draft programme is now available online here. Please check your swims and let Matthew know immediately of any errors/omissions. Corrections can only be made before Sunday 20th.

Eindhoven 2014Plans are progressing nicely for this year’s trip to Eindhoven. Keep a close eye on your email for further information when your race selections will be requested.

Meridian Meet 2014: Our club Open Meet on November 1st has already been secured with confirmation that our primary sponsor in 2013 – Howdens Joinery – has agreed to extend their sponsorship for another year.

Club Competitions: Plans are currently being finalised for this year’s Club Champs and Sportsman’s Week competitions. We hope to finalise and publicise the dates shortly.
